“Who am I?”
I believe the true value of our time here is found in the connections we make and the lives we touch. If I can brighten even one person’s journey, however slightly, then I feel it’s a life well-lived. It’s not about a grandiose calling—it's about the simple, profound act of sitting with someone, listening deeply, and sharing in the human experience. From the very beginning, I've never had a vision of doing anything else. The art of empathy, of being fully present with another, has always been my most natural state. Being a therapist isn’t just a career; it’s the truest expression of who I am.
Outside of the office…
I like dancing in my kitchen to vinyl, hiking, gardening and watching re-runs of Twin Peaks.
